Our Learning Leader Training program gives qualified applicants the opportunity to learn how to create a learning culture filled with creativity, fun, skills, and fulfillment.
At Paul Mitchell Schools, we train our Learning Leaders to understand the value of a strong teacher-student relationship. We believe our Future Professionals are our most important clients. With that in mind, we train Learning Leaders to provide an educational "experience" for their students. Learning Leaders need to teach more than how to do a good haircut and provide competent chemical services. They must teach Future Professionals the values of self-esteem, respect, communication, relationship building, and more. Our Learning Leader Training program can help you become the teacher you always wanted when you were in cosmetology school.
